Celebrate diversity at Chicago Public Library during Pride Month in June with programs and events that highlight the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender) experience!
In partnership with the Queer Film Society, Chicago Public Library presents two free film series exploring LGBT heritage:
- The Queer Kings and Queens Film Series at Bezazian Branch celebrates queer royalty.
- The LGBT Film Series at Kelly Branch includes a retrospective of the work of gay African-American filmmaker Marlon Riggs.
